Weaver of Beauty is committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within South Africa.
1. Shipping Methods
We currently ship orders using the following trusted courier services:

Aramex South Africa – door-to-door delivery

PostNet-to-PostNet – delivery to your selected PostNet branch
Shipping method availability may vary based on your delivery address.
2. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) once payment has been confirmed.
During peak periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. You will be notified should this occur.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times once dispatched are as follows:

Aramex door-to-door: 1–3 business days (main centres), 3–5 business days (outlying areas)

PostNet-to-PostNet: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or incorrect address details.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on:

Selected courier method

Delivery location

Order size and weight
We reserve the right to amend shipping fees in line with courier rate adjustments.
5. Delivery & Risk
Ownership and risk of loss or damage pass to you once the order has been delivered:

Aramex: when delivered to the address provided

PostNet: when delivered to the selected PostNet branch
Please ensure delivery details are accurate. Weaver of Beauty cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
6. PostNet Collection
For PostNet deliveries:

Orders must be collected within the timeframe specified by PostNet

Valid identification may be required upon collection

Uncollected parcels may be returned to us, and re-delivery fees may apply
7. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where available). Tracking updates are managed by the courier and may take time to reflect.
8. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.
We will liaise with Aramex or PostNet to investigate and resolve the matter in line with their claims processes.
9. Failed Deliveries & Re-Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to:

Incorrect address details

Unavailability of the recipient

Failure to collect from PostNet
Additional delivery fees may apply for re-dispatch.
10. Consumer Protection
This Shipping Policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
